First prize was awarded to Blanchard Mitchell Mackintosh, second prize was claimed by William Weatherly Hannon, and third prize winner H.P. Rogers, Jr. also garnered the Central New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects Prize for his design. Also included is a typescript program for the design problem.
