American Federation of Labor, Railway Employees Dept. vs. Union Pacific Railroad Company - Robert L. Hanson et al. Union Shop Case, 1955.

This was a case testing the union shop provision of the Railway Labor Act in the Nebraska Courts, and appealed in the Supreme Court. The collection contains only a few of the briefs submitted to the court, but it includes the Sandsberry-Santa Fe case brief and should be used in that connection.
