Stating: "What shall I say in this wonderful book of books? The first great demand already attained. The slaves not only emancipated but also enfranchised; and now the second -- the emancipation, the enfranchisement of women -- is declared, is accomplished -- and all women are enfranchised by the 14th and 15th amendments.
