Thomas Wolff was an importer in the Philippine Islands, who also ran a commercial laundry, and had mining interests there. He and his wife Caroline were first interned in the Santo Tomás camp, were transferred to the Bilibid Prison in 1945, and were liberated on March 3, 1945.
