Cornell Heights Land Company title abstract, 1903.

Printed form traces the ownership of lands embracing parts of military lots number 88 and 90 in the Town of Ithaca and part of military lot number 92 in the City of Ithaca, the three lots converging at a point on the northern boundary of the city; ownership is traced from William Daley, Jr. (1832) to members of the Manning family and to Alonzo B. Cornell, and to members of the Cornell Heights Land Company: Charles H. Blood, Charles H. Hull, Jared T. Newman, John H. Tanner, and Edward G. Wyckoff.
