Includes files of director David Brumberg, assistant director Elaine Engst, and Project Administrator Margaret John. Also, set of HDI county guides, files of standing orders for HDI guides, files relating to the conversion from SPINDEX to RLIN, and posters.

The Book Collection Contest was instituted in 2003 continuing the tradition of the Arthur H. and Mary Marden Dean Book Collection Contest that was helf from 1966 to 1987.
