In this interview, Mr. Finch discusses the early history of the Edgett-Burnham Comapnay, including his recollections of E.K. Burnham and George A. Burnham; changes in the canning industry from approximately 1909 until 1960; his experiences in sales; his impressions of the New York State Canners and Freezers Association; and problems with overproduction in the industry.
