Topics include: his education and training; participation in trade organizations, especially the Scientific Research Council of the National Association of Refrigerated Warehouses and the Refrigerator Research Foundation; changes in refrigeration technology, including freeze drying and irradiation of foods; personnel policies, including wage scales, bonuses and description of company bookkeeping; community involvements, including formation of the Tax Fund and the Citizens Public Expenditure Survey, and the effort to monitor and influence the Federal and state taxation of business.
