Correspondence with L. S. Rowe concerns the Pan American Union, Work No. 23, and additional work (including grounds and annex), Work Nos. 65, 66. Cret writes on behalf of himself and his associate Albert Kelsey. Later correspondence concerns the Annex, Work No. 242, which was not built during Cret's lifetime and was redesigned after his death.
