Declaration of John de la Chambre and William Louth [manuscript], 1663 January 1.

Statement by John de la Chambre of Rodmell, Sussex, Esq., and William Louth, citizen, apothecary of London, that the consideration money of £500 mentioned in a mortgage of July 4, 1662, was paid by William Short for the rectory and church of Stokenham, Devon. Also, Assignment of mortgage by Sir Henry Norton of Stokenham and others, both of the parties to the above mortgage, to Henry Ludlowe of the Strand, Middlesex, goldsmith, January 24, 1665.
