George Dock was born in Hopewell, Pennsylvania, April 1, 1860. He received his B.A. Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1881, where he later entered the school of medicine and received his M.D. in 1884. Dr. Sidney Isaac Schwab (1871-1947) was a neurologist and psychiatrist who began his practice in St. Louis. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1896.
