The Mark Porsche papers are composed of personal records created and collected between 1989 and 1992. During this period Porsche was active in the leadership of the Gay Pride Celebration Committee of San Jose. The collection highlights his service as president of the groundbreaking 1991 Gay Pride Celebration Committee of San Jose, an annual event that continues today.
