The collection contains production material for seven titles published between 1931 and 1967 and includes a watercolor illustration, studies done in a variety of media, an illustration proof, and two dummies with text proof, a watercolor done for a cover of Story Parade magazine [date unknown], and some miscellaneous art work done a variety of media with one item signed for Dr. Irvin Kerlan, and there is also a note by Dr. Kerlan with the drawing for "Goldilocks and the three bears" in the Best in Children's Books, Vol. 2

Feodor Rojankovsky was born December 24, 1891 in Mitava, Russia. He attended the Moscow Fine Arts Academy from 1912-1914, served in the Russian Army during World War I, and began illustrating children's books during the Russian Revolution. After the Revolution, he left Russia and worked in Europe, living in France for many years. In 1931, he illustrated Daniel Boone: Les Adventures d'un Chasseur Americain Parmi les Peaux-Rouges.
