Collection consists of proposals for various memory components (1954-1955), memorandum and correspondence about the E101 (1956), the National Bureau of Standards High Speed Computer (1959), and miscellaneous notes (1964). Collection also contains reports and brochures relating to HALLWAY--Contract NObsr 72747 (1957-1959), beam switching tubes (1956-1962), and Barton machine organization (1963-1967). Photos include various characters and symbols, including Nixie characters, and Texas Instruments LSI technical photos. An artifact sample from the Texas Instruments LSI N21 is also included.
