Engaged upon a "Tabular View" of the Constitutions of the U.S. and the several states; under heads of legislative, executive and judiciary; used edition of Duane, 1806, which is not up-to-date; asks if constitution of Virginia has been amended; it is only one which does not state qualifications of voters; "View" will be varnished and mounted on rollers for hanging.
