The Papers of Robert Bruce Merrifield, 1963-2000 (bulk 1997-2000)

The collection contains video and some audio interviews by leaders in the field of peptide synthesis. They were interviewed for a program on Peptide Protein Synthesis. There are also printed copies of the various working versions of the script for this program as well as an original drawing of Merrifield's plan for his Solid state Protein Synthesizer and a set of diazo prints for the Endevco (Becton, Dickinson & Co.) commercially-marketed protein synthesizer.
