Typescript "Facts About the 'Lincoln Pew,'" written by Willet, explains how he got the pew Abraham Lincoln sat in to worship returned to the First Presbyterian Church, Springfield, from St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Springfield, represented by John H. Requarth, treasurer. John W. Bunn financed the pew purchase in 1912. Also March 29, 1912 letter of receipt from Requarth.
