Marie Zoe Greene-Mercier was an artist, writer and arts activist who worked in the United States and Europe in the mid- to late-twentieth century. Educated at Radcliffe College, Greene-Mercier was also a student at the New Bauhaus School of Design in Chicago. Greene-Mercier worked in a variety of media, but was best known for the abstract metal sculptures she produced in the 1950s-1970s.
