Meditations divine and morall : manuscript, 1664-1672?

Aphoristic prose paragraphs written in a notebook at the request of her second son, Rev. Simon Bradstreet (1640-1683), to whom she dedicated them, 1664 Mar. 20. At end of volume is her autograph poem, A weary pilgrim, dated 1669 Aug. 31. Includes autograph notes by Simon Bradstreet made after his mother's death in 1672 and his autograph transcript copy of Anne Bradstreet's manuscript book "To my dear children" which includes additional meditations, poems, and diary entries for 1656 July 8 - 1666 July 18. Also includes a portion of her Meditations translated into Latin by her son Simon Bradstreet.
