Books 1, 3, 4, and 5 of an Icelandic law-book in the hand of Ormur Daðason and a second unidentified hand, with extensive annotations in a third unidentified hand. Letter (ff. 42r-43v) concerning a suit brought against Þorleifur Jónsson, Sigurður Jónsson, and Þorður Jónsson by the three men who signed the document, Björn Guðmunsson, Ari Eyjólfsson and Ögmundur Pétursson. Attested to by Ormur Daðason and dated, 13 Feb. 1744.

In accordance with a Royal letter, dated 29 May 1719, Páll Jónsson Vídalín was to prepare a new Icelandic law-book on the model of the Norwegian lawbook. The project was completed, except for Book II, but was never utilized. MSS Icelandic 14 and 16, appear to be the only surviving manuscripts of the text.
