Drafts and fair copies of poems written by Elizabeth Rowe and a portion of a letter written by her to an unknown individual. Signed "Eliz Rowe"p.82. Includes an engraved portrait of Mrs. Rowe pasted to the flyleaf; copies of two poems by Henry More, pp. 288-289, and two poems by Henry Grove, pp. 300-306, in Rowe's hand. Letters to James A. Wickham are tipped onto f. 1, from Thomas Stevenson (2 Aug 1841) and from John Sheppard (16 Apr 1841), both discussing the provenance of the manuscript.
