Grant of nobility : to Magdalena, Maria Anna and Maria Euphemia Stapf : manuscript, 1797 Sept. 16.

Printed decorative border with manuscript preface of imperial titles (f. 1v-r) followed by the grant of nobility written in a professional Fraktur in a second unidentified hand; signed by Francis II (f. 11v). There are imperial stamps on nearly every folio. Grants permission to the Stapf family of Breisgau to use "von" before their name and a coat of arms, which appears as a full-page color illustration (f. 7r).
