Record group 82-10 consists of a tract book of Michigan Indians for the years 1872-1875. This is a portion of volume 46-A from RG-75, Records of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The book is titled Reservations in Michigan set apart for the Sault Ste. Marie, Grand River, Grand and Little Traverse, Mackinac, Ottawa, and other bands of Chippewa Indians under Treaty of July 31, 1855. The reel covers pages 26-103, and provides legal descriptions of the land, areas in acres, name of allottee, by whom selected, date of patent, when delivered, how delivered, and remarks. On microfilm reel number 1809.
