Samuel Hart biography of Robert Sedgwick, 1906.

A paper, probably delivered at meetings of the Society of Colonial Wars in Bristol and Westport, Connecticut, about the British Major-General Sedgewick, who took Acadia from the French and helped subdue Jamaica. Also includes a letter from James Shepard to Hart, thanking him for the paper, since Sedgewick was an ancestor of Shepard's wife.
