Includes twelve sketches of the Clark family home at Mulberry Hill drawn by Walter, and a 14 April 1920 letter from Major General C.P. Summerall to Walter granting him permission to visit the home, which was located within the boundaries of Camp Zachary Taylor at the time. Sketches include floor plans and dimensions. Photocopies of the sketches are also included.

Charles Pelot Summerall (b. Mar. 4, 1867, Blount's Ferry, Fla.-d. May 14, 1955, Washington, D.C.), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1892. Early in his career he fought in the Spanish-American War, the Philippine Insurrection, and the attack on Peking during the China Relief Expedition.
