Ramona Wilcox Cannon received bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Utah and studied at the Royal University in Berlin and UCLA. She was a columnist for the Relief Society Magazine, the author of a Deseret News advice column, "Confidentially Yours," under the name, Mary Marker, and author of 300 free-lance articles.
