ArchivalResource

The lectures of Robert Frost [manuscript], 1937-1959.

The volume contains ten lectures, one graduation address at Sarah Lawrence College and one sermon at Rockdale Avenue Temple in Cincinnati by Frost. The addresses were given at Oberlin, Tufts, Exeter, Harvard, Wofford, the University of Illinois, a Poetry Society of America dinner, the American Academy of Arts, and Lawrence, Mass. The volume was probably prepared from his Frost's own notes by his friend Daniel Smythe. Four of them appear to be unpublished and one may be unique.
