Ralph Beatley papers, 1917-1918.

General description of the collection: The Ralph Beatley papers include a copy of the book, "Company administration" by William H. Waldron, published as part of the Harvey Military series. This copy was owned by Ralph Beatley. Included within the book were three loose pages of notes on training, personnel assigned to a Headquarters company, and a diagram on equipment prepared for inspection, and a memorandum from Headquarters, 71st Artillery (CAC), dated 2 October 1918 ammending the wording for a sentence form. A pay scale for enlisted men and a list of abbreviations is pasted into the back of the book.
