Renfro Valley Barn Dance performers Marge and Debby Rhoads, better known as Country Rhoads, talk about their experiences as part of the Renfro Valley cast of performers. Discussion includes highlights from their conversations with John Lair, including the audition of Red Foley, why he built Renfro Valley, his ideas for further Renfro Valley developments, and his interest in the preservation of traditional music. The interview concludes with comments on Renfro Valley productions following the death of Lair and the leadership direction set by Ann Lair Henderson.
