Recognizance in bastardy proceedings against William Hall, 1728 Apr. 3.

Recognizance document binding Mary Davenport and William Hall, bricklayer, both of Little Compton, Newport County, Rhode Island (formerly Bristol County, Massachusetts), to the sum of ten pounds and summoning the two parties to appear in court where William Hall will answer to Mary Davenport's charges of getting her with an illegitimate child. Written and witnessed by Thomas Church.
