Receipt book, 1773-1786.

Receipt book, 1773-1776 and 1782-1786, with some entries by other members of the Van Wyck family dated 1812-1823. The earlier group of Abraham Van Wyck's receipts records payments for boards, rum, sugar, molasses, flour, legal fees, rents, etc; the later group deals with his payments as executor of the estates of Theodorus Van Wyck and David Van Wyck. A few receipts on loose pages are laid in. The nineteenth-century receipts are mainly concerned with payments from the estate of Helena Van Wyck. There is a page of memorandums dated 1779 at the end of the volume.
