Account book, 1706-1780, of Henry Lloyd of Rhode Island and Lloyd Neck (Queens Village) Long Island. The first portion of volume contains individual accounts for various shipping ventures to Jamaica and London, as well as numerous individual accounts with tradesmen and business associates. Later entries following Lloyd's relocation to the family property on Long Island ca. 1711 include household and farm expenses for Queens Village, as well as accounts with household slaves and individual accounts with Henry's brother Joseph Lloyd, brother in-law John Eastwick, and other members of the Lloyd family. Also included are inventories and accounts pertaining to the settlement of the estate of Henry's father, James Lloyd. Account entries for the Queens Village estate continue in an unidentified hand following Henry Lloyd's death in 1763.
