Ardbawn : a bit of Ireland fifty years ago : typescript, by Captain John J. Flynn. [193-?].

A fictionalized account of events witnessed by the author during his youth of a "particular locality in the South of Ireland during the Agrarian uprising between the years 1880 and 1890." Ardbawn (or Ardbaun) is a townland of the civil parish of Thurles in County Tipperary. Mention is also made of the tenants working the land in Rosscarbery in County Cork.
