Frank A. Crampton was a mining engineer who worked in western mining in the first half of the twentieth century. He later worked as a water resource engineer for the Bureau of Reclamation in California. He spent 1952-1953 in Korea as a mining advisor to President Syngman Rhee to help with the rebuilding of South Korea.
