Letter book, 1791-1809.

Franklin's letter book containing copies of letters sent (1797-1809), both personal and those in the course of his work with Franklin & Doty (1792-1800) and Seaman & Franklin (1791-1792). Correspondence concerns his business in importing of goods from England (evidently much ironware but little indication of the actual goods in his letters), land transactions, and personal matters.
