Includes 17 letters from the Earl of Bellomont on providing masts and timbers for the Royal Navy, the heirs of Jacob Leisler, and administration of New York. Other correspondents include S. Staats, Abraham Wendell, and John De Peyster who write about shipping to and from Boston and New York, politics, news from Europe, and family matters. Also there is a volume of his Dutch letters translated into English by Dingman Versteeg (184 leaves).
