Ledgers, 1763-1770 and 1775-1779, of accounts with the parents of his pupils, mostly in and around Huntington, Suffolk County, and for several months in 1768, at Brooklyn, Connecticut, where he boarded with Col. Israel Putnam, plus expenses of his school, particularly for firewood, and personal accounts. Included are accounts with Col. Israel Putnam, Dr. Zophar Platt, Rev. Ebenezer Prime, Nathaniel Williams, William Smith of New York, John Brush, Obadiah Platt, Joseph Lewis, Philip Conkling, Job Sammis, Dr. Samuel Allen, Moses Rolph, David Rusco, Benjamin Titus, and many others.
