Photographs and propaganda pertaining to the Vietnam War service of Risley, an Ohio veteran who served with the 2nd Psychological Warfare Battalion. There is English language propaganda encouraging American troops to surrender and join the South Vietnam National Front for Liberation, it tells troops of the difficulties faced by the 3rd Marine Division, their lack of experience in jungle war, and that South Vietnamese soldiers can not be trusted. There is illustrated Vietnamese language propaganda contrasting the harshness of war to a peaceful family life and two pieces with Vietnamese text. Photographs show downtown Plei Ku, the Psychological Warfare compound, officer's club, soldiers near a large gun, and Ann Margaret visiting Vietnam.
