Oral history interview : Donald N. Wheeler, Reed College, class of 1935, B.A. / interviewed by Nancy Stewart Green, 1950, on December 20, 2000.

Discussion of Wheeler's experiences at Reed, particularly with professors Charles McKinley, Blair Stewart, and F.L. Griffin. A political science major, Wheller was politically active and participated in May Day parades, the Longshoremen's Strike, and other activities. He married Mary Lukes, class of 1935. He relateds his family's broad Reed connections and his subsequent academic and teaching career at Brandon University, Yale, and Oxford.
