A proclamation issued by Gov. Bramlette describing the requirements for voting eligibility in an upcoming Kentucky election. Includes an oath to be taken by individuals whose citizenship is challenged by election officers and instructions to commanding army officers for surveillance of specific groups of people in conjunction with the election. Accompanied by a letter from a KY soldier inquiring about the election.
