Receipts, 1817 June 30.

Four receipts on a single leaf of paper all dated Portland June 30th 1817. The receipts were signed by John S. Dupee, John L. Storer, Lemuel Weeks, and Henry Butman (for his brother Benjamin Butman) signifying that as wounded prisoners taken in the British brig Boxer they had received compensation from Samuel Storer, the late navy agent at Portland, deceased.
