Curtis-Stevenson family photographs, ca. 1861-1907.

Photographs collected by members of the Curtis and Stevenson families of Massachusetts. Most of the photographs are carte de visite and cabinet card portraits of various members of the Curtis family as well as their friends and relatives; many of the photographs are unidentified. There are also a number of commercial carte de visite and stereograph views of France and Switzerland, among other places, as well as snapshots of family taken in Fern Bank, Ohio in 1907. Photographers include Augustus Morand of Brooklyn, N.Y. and James Wallace Black, Josiah Johnson Hawes, and John Adams Whipple, all of Boston, Mass., among others.
