Scrapbook containing invitation, program, prepared comments, and photographs documenting the establishment of the Arthur C. Hicks Scholarship as part of the 75th Anniversary celebration of Western Washington University. The Arthur Hicks Piano Scholarship is awarded to outstanding music majors in piano each year. Dr. Hicks was professor of English at Western Washington University from 1933 until his retirement in 1969.
