A. Welby Pugin letters, 1842-1894.

The collection consists of seven items, featuring five letters from Pugin and two later reminiscences about him. Including: to J.P. Knight, circa 1842, happy to meet and impart any useful information; to Rev'd J. Dalton, 10 March 1843, requesting a plan of the site so he can complete the design; to Dear Sir, undated, setting terms for some glass work; to My dear Madam, undated, discussing plans for a bridge; to Dear Sir, undated, indicating he has been away and doesn't know if something has been sent. Also, two letters from Francis T. Dolman to J.D. Crace, 1894, recounting his memories of Pugin.
