20 Mile House property : negatives, pictures, slides, archaeological survey, 1996-1997.

3 ring binder containing documentation on the mid-1990s development plans for the town of Parker (Colo.) and efforts by the Parker Area Historical Society (PAHS) to preserve the 20 Mile House stage stop and related buildings as an historical site. Documents include: 1) maps and plans detailing location of property and buildings along with handwritten drawings of site ; 2) b&w photographs with descriptions, color negatives and slides of buildings ; 3) Town of Parker Planning Dept. memoranda and PAHS correspondence ; 4) archaeological survey by PAHS members of artifacts found at the site ; and 5) newspaper articles. While the majority of documents are dated between 1996 and 1997, there are several with dates 1987-1988 related to earlier dialogues regarding the site.
