Richard R. Korn, born in New York on Feb. 21, 1923, received his Ph. D. in Social Psychology from New York University in 1967. He taught at various schools including the School of Criminology at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Korn published many articles and books on crime and criminal justice, with a particular interest in penal reform.
