Economist Elizabeth Waterman Gilboy (A.B. Barnard College, 1924; Ph.D Radcliffe College, 1929) was born in Boston, Mass. She served as advisor for economics at at the graduate school at Radcliffe College; economist for the Office of Strategic Services in Washington, D.C.; associate director of the Harvard Economics Research Project; and consultant for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
