Agreement between Thomas C. Sharp and Thomas Gregg, May 14, 1841.

Agreement for Gregg to edit the newspaper, Warsaw Signal, for which Sharp agrees to pay one-half of all fees received in his practice of law and to take Gregg on as a student of the law. Agreement to last as long as Gregg edits the paper. Agreement for one year or until mutually agreed to end. Receipts for A. Lincoln and E.D. Baker for 2 year subscriptions to the Warsaw Signal, signed by Sharp.
