UNIFEM/USA Chicago Chapter records, 1945-2001.

The papers of the Greater Chicago Chapter of UNIFEM/USA span the years 1990 to 2001 and document the organization and activities of the chapter. Included are annual statements of the purpose and goals. In addition there is extensive material on UNIFEM/USA of which the Chicago Chapter was a dues paying member. The Chicago Chapter papers contain organizational history, chapter brochures, the work of committees and extensive Board of Directors material. Also there are reports of chapter activities and sponsored events. The UNIFEM/USA material contains correspondence, membership information, by-law revisions and annual meeting reports. Addendum 1 spans the years 1999 to 2002. Material includes annual meeting reports from 1992 to 2001; Board of Directors meeting reports from 1993 to 2000; the 1999 Board of Directors Retreat; extensive Treasurer reports and projects and events sponsored by the Chapter. Also included are materials from UNIFEM/USA national office and UNICEF reports and brochures.
