Thomas J. Dodd Research Center records, 1965-

The collection contains correspondence, publications, fliers, brochures, plans, drawings, photographs and ephemeral materials pertaining to the operation of the Dodd Research Center and its programs. Over time additional files pertaining to the operation of Special Collections and Historical Manuscripts and Archives have been added, creating some overlap between Series II-V. All materials relate to the functioning of the Archives & Special Collections area as a unit of the University of Connecticut Libraries.

Archives & Special Collections at the Thomas J. Dodd Research Center, a division of the University of Connecticut Libraries, was created by the merger of Special Collections and Historical Manuscripts and Archives in 1995. The new area moved into the Dodd Center upon its opening.
